nice little hotel located very close to the city center, exploring brighton, and pier. what a super-friendly and affable staff. particularly good and unbeatable location close to everything.

Our accommodation was set in a central location just off the sea, the beach and Brighton.

Have stayed here many times and would definitely go back. Everything was fine, including staff and location. The location was marvellous and brilliant yet it was close to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. Attentive and pleasant team, they made me feel welcome.

The dusty fan helped cool the hot room, but the shower had no power.

Hotel wasin a good location local to the beach and pleanty of places to eat in walking distans, there was also on street parking outside the hotel. Staff were helpful andfreindly, room was fine with tea/coffee facilities, would definately stay again

We looked for a hotel with breakfast and free wifi included. There was no wifi and the breakfast bordered on uneatable. The place is generally squalid. Dirty windows. Paint splashed carelessly everywear. Someone has written 'voodootrash.com' on the above-bed light fitting. Oafish proprieter. Didn't confront him as, thanks to my smartphone, I learned that he could become belligerent. We paid £100 for one night. The place should not be classed as a hotel or B&B. It is as foul as the backpackers hostels I used when young, but far too expensive for backpackers. I was surprised that such a flophouse was on bookings.com and feel reluctant to use the site again.

Consider bringing your own refreshments, as the kettle's location is limited due to electrical outlets. It made our stay a bit tricky with a toddler.

Friendliness of the owner and convenience of location. Pleasant view of the pier and sea.

The rooms tv had no remote control, and it was a hassle to change channels. There is no shower and hence if like your showers in the morning this room 9 is not for U.

Great sea view from the room, great for serene mornings with soothing sounds of waves. Compact and modern room setup with bright decor gave a refreshing vibe.

Some quirks, like the communal bathrooms lacking soap. The noise levels from the hallway were a bit disruptive at night. The plastic under the bedding was a surprise, leading to an uncomfortable resting experience, and the occasional dusty corridors didn't help the overall atmosphere.

It was really cold in the room,and it's wet indoors, no shower,no heating,and the bathtub seems a little unsturdy. But the room was tidy and had hot water all the time.

Loved the sea view from the room! The cleanliness was great. We enjoyed a peaceful stay and the fridge in the room was a nice touch.
